small wedding

I get wedded on I drive a few years ago.

As we are from the UK not many people could come, but we had a big family do when we came back to the UK. Some of my wife family live in the US and we got all of her sisters at the wedding (and one of her sister got wedded at the same time) this was the 1st time in about 20 years that all the sister has been in the same place.

But I have medical problems and had to a lot of planning to make sure I could get though the wedding.

I was OK for the wedding and we got though all the pics and video.

But later on in the day I had a fit, because of the fit I have very little memory of my wedding, and with the help of the pics and video it helps me remember bits of the wedding.

We are planning to try again. but this time it will only be my wife and me, I am looking for a very nice place that we will not too big with only the 2 of us. it also has to be close to Disney as we find it is a lot better for me staying on site, because when i have problem it is a lot easier to get to our room.

The main problem I have is with heat and sun light (so Disney World is just the right place for me as it cold and rainy all the time, are that is the UK) but we love the place and it is where my wife used to live.

I also have walking and balance problem, I can not stand for long.

We would love to have our try 2 in Disney but all the place are very big, does any one know of a nice place?

You could try the Swan and Dolphin. I know that they do "elopement" packages, and it is on the hotel property, so you are close to a room if need be! There are threads on these boards discussing it, and here is a link to an FAQ

The smallest package Disney offers is the Escape collection. One of the sites is Sunrise Terrace at the Wilderness Lodge and I think it may be perfect for you! If you stay at WL your room would be VERY close in case you had any issues and the area where the wedding is held appears to be a balcony that is quite shady! The site is small so it can only accomodate 8 guests but sounds like it only needs to be big enough for the 2 of you so no worries there. Good luck!

We are getting married in www.celebrationhotel.com , they have some fantastic packages, and they have one for just the two of you.
