Can the high chairs be moved to sit by the cars?

I remember someone else posting on here that they had a highchair next to the car but that it made it very hard for the child to reach the table since you couldn't pull it right up. We went when DS was 19 months and didn't use a high chair at all. He just sat with us on the seat.

My DS used a highchair in December of 2007, and I'm pretty sure that the highchair had a tray. We just put one of those adhesive placemats on the tray and he sat next to the car, but facing the screen. Honestly, it was the easiest meal of the trip because he really liked watching the movie clips.

I just checked a picture I had taken in 2007 of all of us at Sci Fi. The high chair my son was in had an attached tray. It was different than the wooden ones with the Mickey cutouts that you pull up to the table. That was 07 tho so maybe it's changed.
