WDW Resorts Vs Disney Resorts ouside of US

Why does it seem that Disney Copies the WDW resorts and make them the same if not better or even worse

Disneyland Hotel HK TOK PARIS- Grand Floridian ( TOK one looks better then the GF just saying)
Disney's Newport Bay - Yatch Club
Sequia Lodge - Wilderness Lodge
Disney's Ambassador Hotel- Coranado Springs Deluxe Feel
Hotel Cheynee - Fort Wilderness type
Disney's Hotel Sante Fe- Coranado Again

Anyone else notice this?

Good point, and yes I did realize it. Perhaps Disney's running out of theme ideas lol. Or you could also look at it this way, if one resort is successful and makes a good/high profit every year, why not copy the same business model? If a hotel is successful in on location, it's most likely successful at another location, especially if the target market is the same. Also, it makes it easier for purchasing- I don't know if Disney goes down to details in that the drapes in one location is the same as the drapes in another location, but I can see bulk purchasing being cheaper.
