Turnstiles for DCA?

I am looking at this map http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=33.809...6&z=19&l=0&m=b (I have GOT to learn how to use a word for a link instead of the whole flingin' flangin' link!), visualizing the routes I'll take to get to places, how to avoid my kids seeing things I won't be ready to show them yet, etc etc etc. If you go to the esplanade there is a place you can highlight that tells you they're removing the letters and putting in turnstiles.

My question is, is this the main entrance for DCA?

Also, the green tents labeled "east" or "west security entrance" is where I want to line up in front of, right? TIA!!

P.s. y'all have GOT to stop posting things for me to occupy my time with, I've got laundry that needs folding!

I totally agree!! Been wondering myself on how to do that!!

Green tents = bag check, yes. ON the right side is Harbor...on the left side is DTD.

Under where it says the Letters info, you can see little rectangle things...those are the letters. And it will be, they say, where the turnstiles will be in the future. (strange idea, bumping it out, as DL and DCA guests will be bumping rear ends if lines get too long!)

Current turnstiles are where the bottom part of the "esplanade" area ends.

Link with word...click that world looking thing with a link looking thing on it up above the box you type in...if you hover, you'll see that it says "insert link".

click, enter the URL of your link (it already has http in it, but I just click in there and replace it with the full link I've copied). It will show something very much like [ URL="f"]f[ /URL] (if you put f as your URL, LOL), and the f (in this case) should be highlighted. You replace f with your word.

Just click that thingie and play with it...you'll figure it out.

Instead of pasting the link into your message, click on the icon that looks like a blue-green globe with a chain link below it. That will give you a box where you paste your link, then click Ok. Then you'll be back in the text entry box with the "link" highlighted. Just start typing to replace that text with a description of it. Then you'll end up with a description of the link that someone can click on. Is that what you were looking for?

As much as I remain committed to googlemaps, this one gets HUGE points with me because it points out the "hidden mickey" along Disneyland Drive near PPH.

Okay, now I gotta ask... what is that Hidden Mickey? It kinda looks like the person who did the map outlined it himself, but other people refer to it to? I don't really see it besides the outline! (Like in the plants or whatever)

If you go to googlemaps and toss "Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, Orange, California 92802" into the search, then go to Satellite view...then keep Paradise Pier Hotel in view as you zoom in...I'm doing it as I describe it and I just had to take the zoom all the way in (then again, I know what I'm looking for)...

It's the way the sidewalk is created. We stayed at the Anabella in '07, and I could NOT figure out for the life of me why the sidewalk jigged and jogged the way it did, it was just weird. Then at some point I looked at googlemap, and saw that just, oh, south? of PPH, on Disneyland Drive, the paths on either side of the street made up one landscaped (palm trees and birds of paradise) giant hidden mickey.

The ear level is the same level as Maliboomer on the googlemap, to give you perspective.

(it looks like both sides are going from the same satellite image...but the sketch around said hidden mickey is really making it hard to see that it is actually something, not just something someone drew...hence the googlemaps reference. oh, and I like googlemaps, LOL)
