Watch the aunt at the end of this video. This made me want to reach through my screen and choke her. She is joking about her food stamp card being burned up - these were her sisters kids! She says she does not regret leaving them alone. 1 child is in critical condition, and 1 died.

I could vomit after watching that. Seems like every day, I see another reason to have no faith in humanity. The neighbors were sadder than the aunt?!

Ugh, I sincerely hope the mother of these kids (or anyone at all) slapped the hell out of this waste of life after her heartless little "joke".

The Mother ( and I use that term loosely) left them to go with the Aunt. Both are a waste of air.

Yes, the neighbors are sad and did what the could to save the kids, and this lady is just worried about her food stamps.

See, stories like this should be on TV everyday and not ballon boy that was never on the darn ballon, everybody seems to be worry if those kids were abused, bla bla bla....Just saying.

ITA. something tells me that that poor excuse for a mother and aunt probably left these 2 kids alone before. Maybe if that 2 and 3 year old were taken away long ago they would have been somewhere else, loved and safe.
