Ok I know this is a long shot but:

I fell in love with the Praline Bread Pudding from New Orleans. If anyone can get me that recipe I would be ever so grateful!!!! I don't know if the vendor would share, but if anyone who's there now or heading there soon could just ask that would be great. If not then I'll just have to let the Internet come up with something hopefully as good!!

Thanks and if this can't be done; no worries. I'll "try" and remember to get it next year!

I bought the cookbook and will check. I am at work now, so it will have to wait until tonight. I am not sure it is in there, but most of the recipes are.

I just found it!!!! And...looks like most of the other recipes from the Festival also!!!

Indeed! I found a few that I sampled and I'm going to give them a try. I'm going to "test" the bread pudding possibily this weekend. I'll let everyone know how it comes out.
