I need a small Mickey Plush
I don't know if it is okay to ask this of people on here, so if not I am happy for this thread to be locked. (I'm sure I have your attention now
)DD bought herself one of those small ($12) Minnie Mouse plush toys at WDW. She wanted to get the Mickey and we didn’t do it before we left. I have taken her to the Disney stores but they look slightly different and she pointed out (only a child will notice this) that the label says Disney World on Minnie and the ones in the store here just say Disney. Is it inappropriate to ask if anyone going over in the next month or so would be happy to bring one back and post it to me? I can send the amount in dollars beforehand and will obviously cover the cost of postage. If this is inappropriate I will have to invite a Moderator to lock the thread. |

Bump - just on the off chance ....! DD alarmed me the other night when I saw she had written a letter to Santa for a Mickey from Disney World (that says so on the label...) The next morning she carefully explained to me that since Santa travels around the world anyway, she would ask him as it wouldn't be a problem. She very considerately went on to point out that it might be a bit harder for me as she knows I don't have anymore holiday left to take of work before Christmas to make the trip myself.

Oh Susie2, I would be so grateful! It is just the small Mickey (they were $11.99 in the parks in April but may have gone up a dollar or two since then, plus tax). If I send you the dollars by first class post tomorrow (I am at work and have to go home to get it) you should have it for Friday. Maybe you want to send me a PM and tell me how you would like to do this. I am SOOO thankful!

Thank you so much Susie2.
Its the classic Mickey you find in the resort gift shops / Theme Parks. (no costume - just the ususal Mickey) Do you not want the dollars .. you can have some extra for cinnamon rolls at Main Street Bakery xxx

Hi Susie2, sorry I didn't get a chance to get on here yesterday - Wednesdays are usually notoriously impossible for me....! Just want to thank you again and wish you a WONDERFUL time! I so wish I could go again this year, but I'll just have to be patient. Have fun.

I couldn't agree more. I honestly didn't expect anyone to offer. This just restores your faith in humanity doesn't it?! More than just pixie dust!
