Red face Had no creamer for the coffee this morning-

-it was touch and go for a while- but I made it to Dunkin Donuts for my morning fix. All is right with the world.

Seriously- that can totally ruin my morning. What stupid little thing can mess up your whole day??

No Pepsi's in the machine can totally ruin my day. I put up such a stink the other day that someone brought me a case of Pepsi's and left them at my desk.

I feel the same as you do about coffee creamer! Just not a good start to my day if I don't have any!

What ruins my day is finding that my dear hubby leaves me with 1/8 tank of gas in the morning.

Not having my coffee - with evaporated milk and sugar - ASAP upon getting up in the morning.. If I don't have it, you really, really, REALLY don't want to be around me..

Yes, not being able to have my morning coffee can really upset my whole day. Even if I'm staying in a hotel, I bring my own coffee fixings to make it in my room. Even if the hotel says they will have fresh coffee downstairs at the free buffet, it is too much work to walk down , actually press all the elevator buttons and possibly have to talk to someone before I've had a cup of caffeine. No, much better for the world if I have my coffee in my room first.

I'm the same way with my creamer. It can upset the apple cart if we are out. I have about 4 or 5 different kinds now, just so that won't happen. I'm almost out of a large hazelnut. I have a about 1/2 a container of pumpkin spice left. I bought 2 (newly out here) small creamer bottles today, peppermint mocha and eggnog. I'm the only one in the house that drinks coffee, so it's my little splurge.

I like to get up before everyone, have my cup of coffee and read a little news before the morning rush begins. Some days that doesn't happen, and that will throw me off a bit. I just like those few minutes to start.

I must agree the first cup of coffee must be perfect to start the day.

I like to keep a box of milk on hand just in case we run out of milk. Can not function without the a.m. coffee fix.

I have really short, fine, straight hair. Occasionally I manage to part it just slightly too far over in the "wrong" place. It's probably not even noticeable to anyone but me, but it just feels wrong and gives me a bad start to the day .

I run on Dunkins too Have to have my large coffee every morning. You know the addiction is bad when the guy at Dunkin Donuts makes the coffee as soon as I walk in the door (and he always gets it right) Sometimes I throw them off and go through the drive-thru though.

Mine has gotten me with this before too. He works at his old job still, part time in the evenings a few nights a week. More than once I've gone to take the kids to school in the morning and had the gas light go on on the way there. Luckily, at the time they were going to a school only about a mile away and half a mile from there to the nearest Mobil.

My day ruiner is too much noise too early in the morning. I think it would be fair to say that I am NOT a morning person.

I do that too! I keep several of those little Horizon individual size milks in my pantry. The morning that we run out of milk, it is VERY BAD around here.

I'm with you, on the creamer - totally.

Or how about when your 'low fuel' light comes on, on your way home from work, and you think to yourself "Oh, I don't feel like stopping - I'll leave early in the morning"

And you forget the little deal you made with yourself on your drive home the evening prior, and get into your car, running late (possibly hoping to stop at Dunkin' Donuts if you can hustle because you had no creamer) and get in to see "Low Fuel" shining in your eyeballs,

That too.

It's a coffee thing for me, too. I get to work at 6 a.m. and I very much enjoy my morning drive. I listen to audiobooks and sip my coffee.

SOMETIMES I manage to get in the car and out of the neighborhood without my travel mug full of morning happiness. Since my drive is rather short, it never seems to make sense to turn around just for a cup of joe.

And, until yesterday, we had no coffee at work. They cut us off because we are too much of a pain about it (we coffee people get really grumpy when we run out). But, I bought a Keurig mini for my desk.

The other thing that can ruin my morning is not having an audiobook loaded on my iPhone to listen to. Yesterday, I unexpectedly came to the end of a book and didn't have another one ready.
