BLT Pics - 1 of 4 - When we arrived - The DIS Discussion Forums

This is the 1st of 4 posts....

1st is pics of the room when we first arrived
2nd is pics of views from the windows and balcony, and a few sunrise shots
3rd is pics of the fireworks from Top of the World
4th is pics of the exterior of BLT and pics of the Electrical Water Pageant from our room

Here are some pictures of our BLT room when we arrived.

The outside of 7942, a 1 bedroom, lake view room.

Right inside the front door

The bathroom just inside the front door

The living room/kitchen as we stepped in.
Note the lamp positioned in the middle of the window!
It was not there for long!

The next 4 pictures were taken from the center of the living room/kitchen, facing each of the 4 corners of the room.

The master bedroom

Standing with my back to the balcony doors, facing the master bath

This was the setup of the living room 10 minutes after we got to the room, for the next 4 days! We moved the lamp off to the side, and turned the 2 chairs around facing the lake and Contemprary marina..

I think this view is the best I have seen!!! The MK view - no matter how high you go - that parking lot is still down there - with the lights - which I would find very distracting. But the lake view is great!!!

Great pictures!

So funny about the lamp in front of the window... We moved ours as well when we stayed there. And when we looked out at the other rooms (we were inside the "C", lake/pool view), we could see others had moved them also. I bet they were people who read WDW message boards...

We loved our view, and I love your view too!

1 room from the end...I THINK (not positive but pretty sure), there is one more 2 BR at the end..in the picture below, looking right to left, I think:

Thanks. I was wondering if that was a view from the end or if the building had that much curvature. I guess it has that much curve and is set further toward the lake and offset from the CR then I realized.
