PhotoPass enhancements question - The DIS Discussion Forums

I just prepurchased our Photopass. I know that I can add borders and such when I receive my CD, but what about the pics with my daughter holding Tinkerbell, or the ghosts during MHSSHP? Can I add those at home too, or do I have to do that at the photo place down there, and save those changes?? The last time we ordered pics from home we couldn't get Tink in the pic for some reason, that's why I am asking this. Thanks!!

those are specific shots they do in the parks-the enhancement should be visible when you pull the shot up at home. I did notice this year they weren't doing them so I started asking for them which wasn't a problem.

Be prepared to take some time to add the frames, I just got done this weekend and to watch what size you are saving the format in-5x7 is the default so I saved several different in 4x6 , 5x7 and a few 8x10 to make sure I have all the options on my disk.

They should show up automatically. If they don't, then you should email the Photopass customer service and they will fix it. (A couple of my shots did not show up.)

We got a *ton* of magic shots without asking for any. I believe we literally had balloon shots taken in 6 different places, plus 2 different Tink shots (different poses for Tink), the Stitch one, I forget what else.

The pics with the characters in them... like holding Tink and that should show up in your account. We had one in AK of Simba that did not show up... email Photopass right away and they can fix it to you... so you can continue to add borders, ect.

Thanks so much everyone!! I should have called them last time when we didn't see the Tink shots, but I just assumed we didn't receive them since we didn't purchase them in the parks.

Since when can you add borders after you get the CD ? I am pretty sure you can only do it before you order the CD.

Correct. You can only edit your photos before you purchase the CD, not after.
