Hi I am sure this has been asked before,sorry for repeating this question,but I need to know. What kind of questions do they ask you during the phone interview?My interview is on Mon. I am so nervous and excited

I was just accepted for CSP 2010 Spring season, the questions are mostly about the roles you checked on your application. The only advice I can give you is, it's disney be happy! Smile during your interview even though it's over the phone. Just be excited.

Hi! I had my interview in September (I was accepted for QSF&B!!), and was incredibly nervous beforehand, so I understand your anxiety!

They ask a lot of basic questions: "Why do you want to work at Disney?", "If you were an interviewer, what would you look for in an applicant?", that kind of stuff. You are also asked some scenario questions; you know, what would you do if put in this situation?

They aren't incredibly difficult questions, but just remember to try to stay calm and SMILE!
