Of course disney is still magical for adults. It brings out the child in all of us.

Our kids are grown, but we tried to take them to WDW regularly when they were kids. DW and I go a couple of times each year now. The "kids" can come if they want

Disney is definitely still magical for adults! My best friend (who also happens to be my SIL) are going for a quick 3 days next month, just the two of us, no kids! We can't wait!

I vacationed and worked at Disney all of my younger years! Hubster and I dont have babies yet so the trips are always for us and we make it magical each time! We had so much fun last Tuesday spending the day at EPCOT acting just like kids! We did the KidCot Mask thing and we did the Kim Possiable adventure too!! We saw a WHOLE lot moore adults doing KP then kids! I cant wait to share it with babies some day but am content for just making it fun for me and Hubster for now!!
Where would I be in life without all of my Disney Memories and Experiences? I am a Loud and Mouthy Mocha Cast Member Princess: who loves living in Orlando!
I thoroughly love my Frumpy White Guy Hubster
I took my First Cruise in November of 2012 with 7 Nights On The Fantasy, My Second One in May of 2013 with 5 nights on The Wonder, My Third in October of with 4 nights On The Dream and am leaving for my Forth on October 29th for 4 Nights on the Dream!
I am on twitter @RoraBorieAlice #lushcrew
I love my Husband , my Friends , #Duffmeister, my IPhone 5 and my Kindle!
I love living 14 miles from Disney !!!!

Hahaha same with us... DD2 just comes along. It's her 3rd trip already!
Taking 2011 off. I'm sure I'm going to start shaking from WDW withdrawal any minute now!
Ok. Maybe not. Thinking about September 2011. How about sending us a code, Disney?

Six of our last seven trips have been just DH and I. Our kids, now 23 and 21, had many trips to Disney. The last time they both went with us was in 2000 when oldest was in a baseball tournament; this was the last time our youngest was at Disney--our trips always interfered with wrestling camps or national wrestling tournaments which he chose over Disney; our oldest went with us in 2004 for his high school graduation with his then girlfriend; he was there this past July (WITHOUT US -- the nerve ) as a coach this time at the baseball tournament rather than as a player.

As much as DH and I enjoyed our trips with our kids and have the greatest of memories, we enjoy our trips alone as two adults just as much. We enjoy taking our time through the parks and not going commando, we still enjoy a hug from a character or two, we enjoy watching the little ones' faces light up when they see Mickey or the castle, etc. Disney brings out the child in all of us.

I still think it is magical. I was transformed into a 10year old again and so was my mother. We had a blast and she said while I was watching HalloWishes my jaw never left the ground.

I agree 100%. In fact, we just recently bought into the DVC. I told my DH that we could hand it down to our children when we got too old to go. He scoffed at me and said, "Too old? I'm never getting to old to go to WDW!!!" I agree with that, too. We may have to ask our children or grandchildren to come with us to help (if we get REAL old and REAL feeble) but I can't imagine we won't always have takers on that offer!

DH an I have prolly made as many trips without kids as we did with Dec will be our 4th visit this calander year without kids all because we wanted to.

Before Gson was born we'd planned to take him just before his 3rd bday for his 1st haircut but he's been such a mommas boy that he would not have been happy for a week without momma. That trip would have been this past Jan an he was born on my bday well since he could not go I went for his bday lol. Nothing had ever been written in stone to take him but we wanted to go anyway.

My youngest DD asked for 6 yrs at least to go for her high school graduation we even had the visit booked tickets an everything when she backed out but DH an I wanted to go anyway so we canceled 1 vist made other reservations just because we wanted to go.

I'm thinkin the ideal disney visit with the gsons would be to get a pool house off site take dd an her family down let dd an her hubby have full run of the house an pool during the day an take the little gsons in with us a day or 2 each early in the day go back to the house for our nap drop off the little if we took 1 of them that day.

This way DD an her family gets a vacation they don't have money for the boys gets to do disney but DH an I don't gotta worry about no little boys cryin for mommy. HMMMMMMMMMM DH an I have passes till June DD last day of work is memorial day about an Gson #2 turns 3 in June this could work other than in warm weather DH an I ride harley instead of driving van down.
