Please comment on my plan

I didn't get any comments in the other forum so maybe I had it in the wrong spot. If anyone can give me comments or suggestions on my plans, I'd appreciated it. I added bold to my questions.

Thurs. Nov. 5-
Travel Day. We arrive in Orlando around 6pm & Will spend the night with my parents.

Fri. Nov. 6-
Magic Kingdom
We can check into our condo at 4pm. We may head over there for a dinner break & check in. Then come back for evening parade & fireworks.

Sat. Nov. 7- (Off Day)
Blizzard Beach Or Downtown Disney
This may change depending on the weather. Also does anyone know about a water park crowd calendar? IS it the same as the regular parks? Its a 7 for the regular parks.

Sun Nov. 8- (Off Day)
Church & Beach Day. (My husband doesn't want everyday at Disney so we'll have a few off days)

Mon. Nov. 9-
Magic Kingdom

Tues. Nov. 10-
Disney Studios
ADR 8:05 am Hollywood & Vine
ADR 2:45 Mama Melrose
I'm thinking about cancelling the breakfast. The crowd calendar is only a 4. I got the ADR so we could get into the park early but I think it might just be better to get there for rope drop and go straight to TSM. Any thoughts?

Wed. Nov. 11-
Epcot

Thurs. Nov. 12-
Animal Kingdom
10:20 Donald Safari Breakfast (we'll treat this more like an early lunch)

Fri. Nov. 13- Max's Birthday!
We'll let Max pick between Disney Studios & Magic Kingdom. I'm guessing he'll pick the Studios because he loves Cars & Toy Story.
ADR 3:50 Sci-Fi Dine In Theater (If he picks Studios)
ADR 7:15 1900 Park Fare (If he picks MK)
We will check out from the condo first thing. We can check into All Star Music after 3pm. Not sure if we'll take the afternoon break to check in or not. MK is only open until 7pm and DS until 8pm so if we get a late start we might want to just keep going.

Sat. Nov. 14- (Off day)
Cocoa Beach or Play at Hotel depending on weather.
ADR 6:45pm Ohana
Watch Wishes & Electric Water Parade from Poly Beach

Sun. Nov. 15-
Epcot
ADR 5:50pm Tutto Italia for me & Hubby only. My parents will babysit one night. We might all do the park during the day then split up after lunch.

Mon. Nov. 16-
Travel Day. 8am flight. We'll be home by noon.

Any thoughts? Since we are staying offsite for most of our trip we don't have DDP. I had a 40% Pin code so I used that rather than get Free dining the 3 days we are on site. I'm also thinking that the 3 days on site we'll be enjoying the resort rather than the parks so dining wouldn't help us. We'll do quick service & bringing our own snacks other than the meals I have listed. Any suggestions on where?

I'm still working on adding all the parades & attractions in but I'm mostly planing on using the touring plans. Any thing we should make sure to see?

I'm not sure about the crowd calendar for the water parks. I think it's harder to gauge because it has more to do with weather. I do remember that when we were there in January and stopped at the Water Park that was open (the bus took us there) it seemed very empty. The parking lot was almost completely empty, and we hardly picked up or dropped off anybody there.
I think you'll probably be fine since it will be relatively cold...though I suppose that could affect your choice about going.

If you don't really want to eat at Hollywood & Vine, then you would probably be ok canceling it. It might be less hectic to send a runner to TSMM from the restaurant though. You won't all have to wait for the Rope to Drop, then keep together. However, if your meal gets over early, or you decide to do Rope Drop, then you may be able to all ride TSMM together, then grab FPs for later afterward. If you have plans to ride other FP rides that day, then you may want to save them though.

Or you could decide to sleep in a little that day...
If you decide to keep the H&V ADR it might be a decent idea to cancel your Mama Melrose ADR and take a midday break instead, that way you could return to see the Osbourne lights in the evening.
I've found that waking up early, and trying to go all day doesn't usually work.
If you're just planning to leave DHS after your afternoon meal, then keeping both might be fine, or if you take a break and get back around 2, then you'd make it to your ADR.

Looks well planned out!

We always do Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney on the same day. We get up go to BB, which is our favorite water park, then we go back to our resort shower up and get ready for dinner and shopping at DD.

We personally can't go to MK without eating at Crystal Palace. YUMMY! And Pooh and characters....ADORABLE

I haven't seen any info on water park crowds.

If you want to ride TSM more than once, go straight to that at park open, get FP then ride. If it were me, I'd make a late breakfast/lunch ADR for Play & Dine @ Hollywood & Vine versus Mama Melrose. Not sure how old your son is though.

Wed. Nov. 11-
Epcot

You can check in at All Star Music first thing. Even if you're room isn't ready you can leave your bags with luggage services.

My fav CS are:
MK - Cosmic Rays, COlumbia Harbor House
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, Yorkshire Fish & Chips UK, Boulangerie Patisserie France, Tangierine Cafe Morrocco, Yakitori House Japan, Sommerfest Germany, Kringla Bakery Norway

AK - Flame Tree BBQ

I'm still working on adding all the parades & attractions in but I'm mostly planing on using the touring plans. Any thing we should make sure to see?

I agree with the comments so far.
I assume you used a best days chart to pick the parks on those particular days.

Unofficial Guide touring plans or Tour Guide Mike?

If you like information then I would read both (TGM is web based). TGM has fast pass advice that is worth twice what he charges to view his site.

One thing I would consider changing is the AK Breakfast. We did the same thing last year and wished we ha done an early lunch instead.
- lines are shortest in the morning, so we missed some prime touring time.
- Animals are most active in the morning
- AK is a hot park and a break later would have been better (might not matter for your time of year)
-As we left we saw what they were putting out for lunch and wished we had some tummy space. It looked fantastic, and we were full.

This year we plan to do a lunch break a little latter in the day. We'll do the animals an rides, eat, then do shows.

As for a don't miss- Festival of the Lion King.
No matter how much trouble it is to work it into your day, do not miss this.

How old is Max? I have a 14 year old named Max, it is a great name (If I do say so myself!).

Water Parks-

I think in general weekends are avoided because so many locals have the annual pass. I doubt the locals will consider Nov water park weather, so I would not worry too much about it.
