will we have to leave our stroller at the beginning of the line for rides or do we

you cannot take a stroller in line. In fact there are a lot of places where you cannot even take them into the building, like the land and the seas in EPCOT. We typically end up parking it when we enter whatever "land" we are in and pick it up on the way out.

They have a stroller parking section in each section of the parks. So you go to Adventure land, park the stroller, do the rides, pick up the stroller and go to the next land!

One word of warning-while you're on the ride or in the show, the CMs may move your stroller-sometimes a considerable distance away; particularly if you have mistakenly parked in a sea of strollers which are not in an official parking area, and all get moved. Don't panic when you come out. If you can, add something easily spotted to your stroller.

Usually it is very obvious where the stroller parking for the rides/attractions are at. At Safari you will enter with your stroller and shortly after a CM will take your stroller on the right side of the que. You can take your personal stroller on the steam train if it can collapse and found that to be the case while going to Rafiki's too. When my oldest was in a stroller we bought a bright yellow stroller that stuck out like a sore thumb which made finding it really easy.

Post #7 is correct. Mostly you leave it well before you get in line, but there are a few exceptions. You can always ask a CM when you enter a ride area, if it's not clear.

One other exception may be one of the animal 'treks' in AK, I think you can bring a stroller through the Asia one.
