Exclamation Debating: mail box or Garden Grocer? Help!

For our last two trips, we packed our dry food goods (coffee, filters, travel cups, water, breakfast foods, etc...) and mailed it down.

I am debating this year in forgoing the mailed box and just buying everything from Garden Grocer (because this year... we are having milk, fruit, yogurt, etc...) delivered.

What are your thoughts?

Personally I would use garden grocer. It will come out cheaper, I believe, in the long run since you are ordering from already. I have used garden grocer and have been very happy with them.

definatly garden grocer. if your already making an order it's one less thing you will have to do by going out and buying the things then making another trip to the post office and paying postage when your already paying shipping fee's from garden grocer is crazy. i have used garden grocer and loved the service, never had a problem. just make life easier on yourself and do the one stop shopping with garden grocer.

Garden Grocer does a nice job and we have been pleased with their service. After you complete your order, you have one less thing to worry about!

We have not used GG yet, but I would reccomend that. I have seen several posts here that WDW resorts are charging a fee for packages shipped to the resort. Not sure if this is just on water shipments or everything, but at least you won't be surprised with an additional charge.

We used Garden Grocer this summer and also had a good experience. It is probably cheaper to just order there than shipping another box, even if there items are a little bit higher priced. We also packed some non-crushable things in our luggage (we went SW and had no baggage fees), like granola bars, poptarts, pb crackers, etc., if they were cheaper at home.

We used Garden Grocer for the first time ever just last month and I would not do it again. Our order was totally messed up. Things we did not order were delivered and things we ordered were missing.

We had a great experience with Garden Grocer back in February. They had our order right, except for bringing us size 5 diapers when I ordered size 3! But, they turned around, and got the right size to us within a couple of hours at no charge. We had everything we needed well before going to bed on our first night at our resort.

As far as cost, I think you would save money or break even, even if GG prices are higher, after you pay for shipping. If you need to order cold items from them anyway, why not order it all?
