It is supposed to be Spring 2010. However, that is a pretty ambiguous time frame.

Yes, they're saying spring 2010.
I'm devastated that I'll just barely miss it--my family's heading to Orlando in February.
Oh well, it's an excuse to go back sooner!

According to their website, Spring of 2010. I didn't want to miss it, so we scheduled for October 2010 to be on the safe side. This is our excuse to go back.
