Can I combine gift cards at the Disney Store?? - The DIS Discussion Forums

My kids just had their birthday party, and we asked for Disney Dollars. Wellllll - no more Disney Dollars, so they got a ton of Disney Gift Cards - 14 in total.

I REALLY don't want to keep track of 14 cards - can we combine them at the store??

I don't know about TDS, but at WDW we are not permitted to combine multiple Gift Cards into one card.

Maybe you can order a gift card online and then use the other gift cards to pay for it?

I don't think that you can pay for a GC with a GC. I know that the Disneyland and Disney World GC websites don't have "gift card" as a payment option.

I'm not positive about DisneyStore.com but I'm doubting it. I beleive you can only use one Disney GC at a time for payment at that website, which would prevent you from using multiple GCs to puchase one of higher value.

Can you use the kids cards to pay off the trip and then just buy them one GC for the total amount?
