Pirates League Woohoo! With details and pics!!

I highly reccommend this for kids-especially like 4-7. We did this for our son for his 5th bday and HE LOVED IT!
He walked in-and it was empty. He had the place to himself. He said the pirates creed and chose his costume, picked out his own makeup and began his tranformation. The makeup and costume CMs were awesome. So attentive to him, and patiently waited while he squirmed in his seat or started talking while they were putting on his makeup (he reminded them he isnt a girl and doesnt need "lipstick") it was funny. They take 2 professional pics for you after and the entire time the photopass people are clicking away. It was a really amazing experience for the kids. I think this is going to be big hit!
I've got a few pics for you-there is 12 outifts and 12 makeup styles-my son picked everything out himself:

The entrance

He chooses a costume:

He takes his booty:

He's given a name (its a secret or I'd share)

Makeup (which he told them he wasnt a girl and they explained its tough guy face paint and he then said "oh, ok-I'm a tough guy, I'm a pirate!"

My pirate!:

He takes the official oath:

He's an official officer in Capt'n Jack Sparrows fleet:

and upon exiting he met another fav.

I truely think this was the highlight of his trip and would definitely reccommend this! The whole process took 1 hour!!

WOW, they did a GREAT job & the lady doing his makeup & swearing him in looks so caring & loving !!!

My son is now 14, so he is too old, but that would have been so fun for him at that age !!! What great memories !!

Can't wait to take our children there in May!!! My son is looking really forward to it. Not sure about my 2 year old. He will be 3 when we go, but not sure if he will really be into like the 8 year old. I'm afraid if we don't make a ressie for him that he will be upset when he sees big brother doing it. What do you think? My daughter will be going to BBB.

Yes, what did you pay for everything all together (make-up session & costume)?

Wow! This is so cool! Your little guy makes an awesome pirate!

I think perhaps we'll try this next year when DD is 3 and can do BBB and hopefully we can do it before MNSSHP! (Who can see me planning ahead for 2010 - don't tell DH!)
