Timeline of a sale

We decided sadly to sell our HHI DVC points after much deliberation. Here is the timeline.

8/18: Faxed listing agreement to TSS.

8/25: Listing posted on TSS site

8/28: Received telephone call of counter-offer which we agreed counter-off. Contract emailed to us.

8/31: Faxed signed contract to TSS.

9/1: Contract sent to Disney for ROFR

9/28: Disney waived ROFR. Received all closing documents via email. Mailed signed documents out that day.

10/7: received email that closing had occured, and check had been overnight.

10/8: received check via Fed Ex.

The TSS and Magic Vacation Title were excellent to deal with. They kept us informed off all activity that was going on.

Details of contract: 155 HHI points, with only 13 points remaining in 2009 use year (September use). Final sale $55 per point and we as seller paid all maintenance fees for 2009.

We kept our smaller BCV account so I can still get my disney fix.
