Does anyone know if air condition or fans are allowed in the Tamu Tamu Courtyard for a reception? Is music allowed? Thanks.

Since your event would have to be after the park closed, music should not be a problem. And although I've never heard of an outdoor air conditioner, I'm sure Disney could dig something up if you thought the heat would still be unbearable that late in the evening... I'm sure your planner can give you all the details!

There are fans in the courtyard.
You can have music.

I just want to clarify the music thing...we are having our reception in Tamu Tamu on a night AK has EMH. We were originally told only a themed band since the park is still open. Our planner is looking into two other options: A) An Ipod since that part of the park won't be open and an IPOD won't be as loud as a DJ and B) Having a DJ once EMH ends (around 8 p.m.). There are a few fans there
