Lost Disney Restaurant
Okay, before I became a Disney addict, I went on an adults-only trip with my wife.
We had a blast and ate one night at a resort restaurant. I vaguely recall that it had a short name like Palo or Boma and was Italian-themed with strolling musicians. But I can't imagine what it was called or where it was. And I don't see it on the list of current restaurants. Does anyone know any sites that list "vintage" resort restaurants? This was 2001. Thanks!

I believe Alfredo's (now Tutto Italia) in the Italy pavilion of Epcot had the strolling musicians.

I think that's it!
I always wanted to say Palo but that's on DCL. What was Palio?

Oh yes, Palio. It was awesome! Fantastic food and a strolling violinist that knew every tune we could throw at him and even impressed my two high school aged DS's. Too bad it's not there any more.

Palio's at the Swan had strolling musicians & a wonderful, quiet atmosphere. We dined there for DW's 50th & they did a great job. The violinist paid extra attention to her & she got a free tiramisu on a beautifully decorated "happy 50th" plate. They made it a memorable night. [IMG]
