Which one would you drop?

We would like to do a few TS meals on our next visit. We don't want to have a meal scheduled for everyday and I am thinking that 3 would be good. So, if you had to drop one of these, which would it be? I've noted next to each restaurant why we would like to eat there.

Ohana Dinner - This is the parents pick. We thought the food looked yummy but the kids would still enjoy the atmosphere.

1900 Park Fare Dinner - Characters look great and DSD11 would enjoy this one.

Crystal Palace Breakfast - The kids are not really into the Pooh characters but it would be nice to get into MK early, the food looks yummy, and the restaurant looks beautiful.

Ohana Breakfast - DS4 & DS2 would enjoy Mickey and we have heard from friends this is a great breakfast.

Thanks!

Personally I would drop the Ohana breakfast. I am not sure but I don't think Mickey is a character there...I could be wrong, if so someone please correct me.
However since you already have a breakfast planned at CP (which I highly recommend) then I wouldn't do another.

I would drop Ohana dinner.

The current Ohana breakfast description is:
"Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch. Our Polynesian friends invite you to join Mickey and Pluto for autographs and pictures."

Personally, it would be a toss up between Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare. My family does not like buffets. However, in terms of your children, they are still young and I would think that Crystal Palace would be much more fun for them. However, the characters (especially Lady Tremaine, Drizella and Anastasia) are quite hilarious at 1900 Park Fare.

I find the food not good at either of these places.

I would keep Ohana. The dinner food is great, but no characters. However, they do have activities including coconut races, dancing and entertainment.

I'd also have to agree on Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare. We also do not like buffets. We are true 'foodies', and if the food isn't good, then nothing else matters (at least for us). But I can see both sides. With young children, they might be more fun/entertaining.

I would drop 1900 PF. Our dinner there was very loud, crowded and the food was ok. I didn't think the characters were any more entertaining than any other character meal.

Mickey is at Ohana brkfst along with Pluto, Lilo & Stitch.

To OP: 3 out of your 4 choices are "must do's" for us - they are Ohana brkfst & dinner and Crystal Palace brkfst.

Ohana dinner - enjoy the polynesian atmosphere, good food served family style, and fun entertainment (kids can practice hula dancing, limbo contests, coconut races, etc.)

Ohana brkfst - relaxed/calm character brkfst, good food served family style - awesome juice!, good character interaction - Pluto & Stitch are hilarious!

Crystal Palace brkfst - very good bkfst buffet featuring puffed french toast we enjoy the bright/open atmosphere, good character interaction w/Pooh & friends, we always get the 8:05 am adr on a non-emh day - get to walk down an empty main street (good for castle pics) & you're done in time for rope drop

Therefore, I would drop 1900 Park Fare dinner - The stepsisters are a riot & overall character interaction is good, but the dinner buffet is just ok.

I would drop CP breakfast - it doesn't sound like meeting the Pooh characters interests your group. O'hana dinner is your pick, so keep it!! Also, with O'hana breakfast you are pleasing your boys and with 1900 you are pleasing your daughter. Everyone gets something that is special for them. That sounds like a happy trip to me.

I'd drop Crystal Palace breakfast. Even if you get in early, it take about 90 minutes to see all the characters and you would miss rope drop. Plus the food is just so-so at breakfast.

I see your trip is for January of next year, so this one is easy. Crystal Palace will be closed for refurbishment January 3rd thru mid-February. So there ya go!

Oh, well that made my decision easy. I saw it mentioned that CP would be closed for refurbishment but I didn't realize that it was in January.

Boy, I am glad that Disney made the decision for my.
