Marsha, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your precious Tom. He fought long and hard and was blessed with such a wonderful wife, caregiver and family. I pray Gods peace and comfort for you in the days ahead. Blessings to you always.

Marsha, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I've followed your reports of Tom's brave fight & admire you both. My DH also had a long battle with cancer & passed away at home after a 3 year battle. Losing a spouse is so devastating
but at least he's no longer suffering. I'll keep you & your family in my prayers. God Bless.

Marsha, I only checked the compassion board this morning to check on your situation. Even though we have never met, or even talked, my heart fell when I read this and I am still so sad for you. Over a year ago, I lost my 65 year old mother to lung cancer. At the time, I experienced mild relief that she was no longer suffering, yet I mourn the loss of her every single day. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
