Wishes at 10pm, Cali Grille at what time?

I was thinking 8pm ADR, is that enough time for a party of 8 adults to eat?

Should be but they hold service and dim the lights while they are on so you can go and watch from the balcony if your still eating at that time.

The wait staff knows to allow for time to go watch Wishes. We usually try to book dinner 1 hour before the fireworks. No need to wait until the end of dinner.

It depends on how fast you eat/drink, really. One hour before usually works for us, and dessert is usually on the table as soon as Wishes is over.

My wife was still working on her entrée at Wishes time recently, and when we got up from the table to go to the window to watch (it was surprisingly not crowded, so we were not hovering over active diners), our server put one of those silver dome covers over her plate to help keep it warm. They know that anybody up there at that time has likely made a concerted effort to be there for Wishes, so they are generally very considerate and helpful in that regard.
