Smile 40th Bday Celebration dinner

Heading to WDW in Feb for my 40th bday. Taking 11yr old son and his grandmother. Both are vegetarians. Wondered about the reserved seating for the Fantasmic show. Are the dinners/seating worth the cost (i will be paying the tab) and can I get a bday cake at the restaurant? I've also seen Fantasmic is only on select nights, will they have that info when i reserve?
Thanks for the input!

Someone with answers will be here soon.

I just wanted to say "Welcome to the DIS" and have a wonderful birthday. I spent my 40th at WDW as well. Lovely place to be.

Enjoy!

I'm jealous. I'll be turning 40 this January and have been hinting I would love to spend my 40th at WDW...but I think it is a no go. We'll be going later in the year.

I would say it depends when you are going in Feb. If it is president's weekend you may want to do the package. If not I wouldn't because most of February is pretty slow.
If you are planning on eating in HS anyway, I really like Brown Derby. If other restaurant appeal to you, it is a short trip to eat the boardwalk area or World Showcase.

Staying at Pop Century Feb 3-10. Last time we went in '07 Fantasmic was a no-go at the last minute We did get to see it in '03 but I think it would make for a really great 4-0...like my own personal bday party!
