In this thread, I will post a picture of a box that a man was holding on the subway

and you will guess what could be inside

The other side of the box had the same picture, but the clown's speech bubble said "POWER RANGERS!"

My husband says it was full of joy.

I say it's full of fear........clowns are scary!

Birthday party stuff. Maybe balloons. Maybe the guy holding the box is a balloon artist?

that's a possibility

but considering the last time I wondered what was in a box that someone had while riding the train...I wound up being WAY wrong.

It was a barrel on a hand trolley being transported by some younger kids (about 15-16 years old) and it was full of LIVE CRABS

I know this because they CRAWLED OUT OF THE BARREL AND ACROSS THE TRAIN TOWARDS MY FEET

Well since he is standing there holding it and hasn't sat it on the floor it has to be pretty lite weight I would think. I say it has the remains of his office desk stuff from work, he's probably been laid off like we feel like half the country has?????

A jack in the box! Did it have a wind up handle? Nice box either way!

I think it is full of people's souls!
Clowns scare the heck out of me. I would have ran the other way if I saw that.

Scary CLOWN!

On the subway that would have freaked me out. And I totally would have had to ask what's inside. Because if not I would think there's a body in there.

Oh how I miss the subway.

And by the way that would fall into my category of "suspicious package" reporting!

Ah yes we need a little more info to really guess. What direction was the subway heading. Towards Central park? Or heading to the village?
