Are you required to buy the Dining Plan for every night of your stay?

For example.. Can I stay for 7 nights but only buy a Dining Plan for 6 nights? If yes I'm not sure how the expiration would work..

Now I'm no expert...but I think you can do this...you would just have to book two different stays. The first stay you would book the dining plan for xx/xx day through xx/xx day. You would need to use all your credits during that period. Then you would book your non-dining stay for either before the dining plan or after. So I don't think it would work if you wanted the "non-dining" day in the middle of your stay. Does that make sense?? Again -- there are people here who can probably answer the question with more certainty, but that's how I could see it working.

HTH!

Yes.

You could book two separate res'. But that seems like a lot of trouble. Just go to a signature restaurant or two for meals if you have extra credits (under the regular DDP).

The only way is to book 2 separate ressies. One as a pkg with the dining plan, the other as room only .BUT you will have 2 different ressies, 2 different sets of rules, and need to give 2 Separate deposits. The pkg will require a $200 deposit, Balance due 45 days prior to check in.The room only will require a deposit of one nights stay , balance due at check-in.You will also have to check in and out for each of them and may have to switch rooms...It is too big of a hassle for one night.
