Making our first trip home in 10 days!!!

Needless to say we are very excited!!! I am needing some help from all the experts... (thats all you veteran DVCers and DISers!!)

We are flying out of Minneapolis on Sunday Oct 11th... we arive at MCO at 1115am and are staying 2 nights at SSR. We leave on the 15th after 2 nights at AKL Jambo. It will be ME (30), DW27, DS2 (almost 3), DS1, just turned, and MIL....

I am trying not to be too structured in our plans as we have 2 small children that can change everything in an instant. We only have one ADR, Chef Mickeys for breakfast, otherwise we will eat in the room most often as we will have to go back for naps.

Right now I have us attending

Oct 11th (only afternoon) EPCOT ... DW wants to start of with an Orange Julius Grand Marnier at France Pavillion and F&W could possibly we a nice introduction after a day of travel. Not alot for the kids to do, but after the flight, thats ok...
Oct 12th ... Magic Kingdom ... ready to introduce DS2 to my favorite place. With a full nights rest he will be ready to go! (or so I hope)
Oct 13th ... Animal Kingdom ... MIL loves animals and we will be switching to AKL this day... We will also be going to MNSSHP this night
Oct 14th ... Hollywood Studios ... DW and I love TSM! Also, DS would love Lights, Motor, Action ...
Oct 15th ... Our last day ... fly out at 4pm ... so leave this day for anything we want to do again or missed the first time...

We already received our ME information and tags, so that is good to go.

As of right now we do NOT have park hoppers, but might upgrade. ( we bought tickets thru Undercover Tourist)

We our flying with DS1 on laps... anything that I need to bring?

We are debating if we should bring the big double stroller or 2 of the fold up style strollers for each of the kids?

Any other advice... as it gets closer I will have more questions...

Thanks for any help or info...

Already have one more thing to add...

I have a BLT waitlist for the first 2 nights that I asked to be kept until 7 days... is there ANY chance I get that?

Stroller situation.......over the years we've rented the double strollers at the parks but our kids were a little older. Last year we brought a sit-n-stroll so my little guy had a spot and one of the girls could either stand or sit in the back.....my suggestion since you have the MIL with you, is bring a double stroller and you can manage that on and off the transportation and during that time the DW and MIL can carry the kids. Two strollers will be difficult to manage especially when the kids have to be held some of the Disney transportation.

I would say the plan looks good. My kids are your age and have done great! Naps/pool time do help. I would def do double stroller. On the buses, my hubby is on stroller duty and I handle the kids.

When you say add 1 more to your ressie- do you mean your dinner ressie or your room?

I mean my room. My ex, might allow DS8 to go afterall! It would only make 6 in a 2br! That should be no issue, right?
