Private Dining/Reception Venues

I'm having an Escape wedding at the Wedding Pavillion with private dining and a dessert party in April 2010. I have been offered the following locations for my additional events:

Reception Meal:

Salon 1 at GF
St James Room at BW
Marvin Gardens at BW
Sonoma Room at CG

Any opinions out there?

UK Lochside for dessert party - which I am v happy about!

We're having our post-ceremony dinner in the Sonoma Room at California Grill. Although it has a high food & beveridge minimum is higher than the other options, I think there is something really cool about this location. The room has spectacular views of Bay Lake and your guests are allowed to go out on the catwalk to enjoy wishes depending on what time you have the room. And even if Wishes doesn't correspond with your reservation, your guests can still go out on the catwalk to see the view and take pictures, etc.

Plus, I think the food at CG is fantastic!

I sort of decided that although the other locations had lower F&B minimums, that the rooms were such that I'd feel obligated to spend money decorating them with chair covers, flowers, etc. I don't feel CG needs much work...maybe some flower petals on the tables. If I was having a Wishes wedding where I had an overall minimum to meet, I wouldn't be so conscious of decorating the room. But since it's all extra money, I wanted a room that stood for itself.

Just my opinion, though!
