Is there a good way to avoid garage traffic when coming to PPH from SNA?
I am flying into john wayne airport this saturday and staing at paradise pier hotel - the way I have the directions, it looks like I would be getting off the highway and running smack in the middle of the traffic for the main parking garage (which should be around 11am)
is there a better way for me to get to PPH and avoid the garage traffic issue? thanks for the help! p.s. here's how disney says to get to the hotel - IS THIS HOW I SHOULD DO IT? Take AIRPORT WAY to AIRPORT EXIT. Turn LEFT onto MACARTHUR BLVD. Take the I-405 N ramp towards LONG BEACH. Merge onto I-405 N. Take the CA-55/COSTA MESA FWY exit towards NEWPORT BEACH/ RIVERSIDE. Take the CA-55 N exit towards RIVERSIDE. Merge onto CA-55 N. Continue for 3.5 miles, then take the I-5 N exit towards LOS ANGELES. Merge onto I-5 N. Continue for 6.7 miles, then take the HARBOR BLVD exit towards BALL RD. Turn RIGHT onto S HARBOR BLVD. Turn LEFT onto W BALL RD. Turn LEFT onto DISNEYLAND DR THEN TO PPH: Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel: Continue on Disneyland Drive, staying in the far two right lanes past the Disneyland® Hotel. The hotel entrance is located on the right at the second traffic signal

You can exit Katella from the 5 (left) and then turn right onto S Disneyland Drive. PPH will be on your left.
