So we're checking into AKV Kidani the night of my birthday. We don't get in from the airport until 7 pm. Can I order a birthday cake for myself from room service? We did it a few years ago from the poly...

I don't remember the actual room service menu, but you can order room service from the villas

I'm at BCV right now, and looking at an extensive room service menu. It has a note about "Celebrations" that states they will assist you with any special occasion you may be celebrating, so I'm sure they would make every attempt to accommodate your request. Have fun!

We ordered room service from the Boardwalk one night when I wasn't feeling
well.

They came in, cleared off the table. Put a white table cloth on the table, and totally set the table with silverware and the whole nine yards. It was quite the extraordinary experience. The CMs were very dressed up as well.

I felt like I was at a 2 TS restaurant, while I was sitting there in my pjs with my hair mussed up. We told them that I had gotten sick, but oh my, I can only imagine what they thought.

The food was ok, but majorly overpriced!

Most of the Villas yes, but ones that are more like condo's (ie. SSR, OKW) do not offer the service.
