I was just wondering, does anyone know if there are any rooms in the Sugar Loaf Key building that have a view of Cinderella's Castle? If not, are there any specific rooms to request?
I'm booked there for December, but everything else is sold out for the discount code I have. I've never been there so I do not known anything about the building layout. Thanks! |

Thanks for the advice, but I tried that and unfortunately nowhere did I find any information regarding the Sugar Loaf Key Building specifically.

I've stayed in SL and there really isn't a Castle Veiw. I think in a few rooms if you leaned over a railing you could stretch out and maybe catch a glimpse. The rooms all seem to have either a garden(front of bldg) view or the back side has a marina view.

Sorry, no castle view at Sugar Loaf. I'm pretty sure you can get a view of the marina.

I will be at Sugarloaf also and wondering for those who have stayed in SL, do you prefer the marina side or the pool side?

We have stayed in both the RPC and the SL. In the RPC we have always had a marina/castle view.
In the SL we had a pool view which was nice. We were given a dormer room which was very nice but the balcony was extremely small and closed in. We love to sit on our balcony and I felt very claustrophobic. For us it would have to be the marina view which is much more quieter and peaceful as opposed to the pool view which was always busy. But that's just us. Have a great trip.

Well, we originally were assigned a pool side dormer room in Sugar Loaf. My son rushed up to the room and texted me that there were dirty sheets on the floor. Apparently, the room was put in as "clean" in their system although it was not yet taken care of. They did apologize and I got a call a half hour later saying there was a room available now, but it was marina side and not a dormer room. We took it and loved it! I requested marina anyway as that is what DH wanted and we loved it. It was so pretty and loved the balcony.
