What a great tradition! Here are some of our faves:

* Osborne Lights at DHS...has a fun, block-party feel and occasionally snows!

* Santa stories from around the world at Epcot...my son was enchanted by Father Christmas in the UK and received a jingle bell

* Toy Story Mania at DHS

* Consider MVMCP if budget allows

* If time allows, the Lego Store at DTD is fabulous for building creations outside at their building stations...last time we were there, there were ramps for testing out vehicle creations - my husband seems to get into it as much as the kids! There are also neat items in the store, and they often offer great sales.

* Conquer all the mountains: Space, Splash, Thunder and Everest!

Have a great trip!

We haven't been to DQ in a llloooonnnnnggggggg time..it was fun tho, especially if you enjoy video games - a lot of virtual reality games. We also enjoyed the movies at DTD and Cirque de Soleil. However, I wouldn't do that instead of parks!!!!

Another fun thing for Epcot....my guys liked coloring the masks like Ninja turtles and collecting all of the charms...if your son is too "old" for that, you two can have a "snack around the world challenge".

Have a great trip!

Around world showcase in Epcot, you can get a mask and color it and collect a charm from each country. In Sep 08 they were ro*****h and my ds saw another boys, where they colored a mask around the eye area and the rest turtle green. It ended up looking just like a ninja turtle....I think they are still using that style mask too!

Snacking around the world is just something fun you can do....try a snack food or candy from each country. Plan to share as it can get filling, but it is a fun way to try new foods. We also have found the best pretzels at WDW are in Germany!

Doing a couple of the Kimpossible adventures at World Showcase could be a fun way to explore that area. My 8-year-old loves them.
