Nervous about changing reservation online - The DIS Discussion Forums

We booked the PC on Monday and when I look at my reservation I noticed they included transportation even though I asked them not to. I will probably just call and get them to take it off, but I noticed I could change it online. I am all about changing stuff online, but has anyone done it yet?

Very, very easy. Have made room changes, dining changes and transportation changes. Very well designed to make it pretty fool proof.

It is also something that can be taken off until final payment is made so you can wait until next week when it settles down to call them if you prefer.

The only times thus far I've noticed problems changing a reservation online is if it was booked with a discount or booking code (like kids sail free). But since you PC cruise wouldn't have had one, then that should affect you.

I'll echo Lisa--since this cruise is more than a year away, wait a couple weeks. DCL will be totally crazy on Monday and you might even see the web site crashing if people are overwhelming it. Even a few days later, life should have settled down for the CMs. and the entire system should be more efficient.

I wouldn't do ANYTHING with DCL next week that doesn't have to be done then!
