Go to the concierge desk and they are happy to do it for you.

1) Bring your ID and flight information.
2) They can punch them in for you, and print your boarding passes.
3) You must still stand in line, so try to time it right.
4) If you are early, you can't just wait at the desk for the 24-hr moment.
5) And, you can'[t leave the info and ask the Concierge to do it later.
6) They used to do this.
7) Then, they would get busy and miss the timing.
8) People got really vocal when they ended up with "C" boarding passes!
9) So, no, you must be there in-person.

NOTE: If your 24-hr time comes during the day, any Guest Services desk in the parks or at DTD can do the same thing. This way, you don't have to go back to the resort for the boarding passes during your Park Time.

One thing to consider...Southwest now has the early bird check in. For $10 per person each way they will check in for you at 36 hours instead of 24. On our last trip I used it for just me (not dh) just to see how well it worked. I then check dh in at EXACTLY the 24 hour mark. I ended up with A-19 and he ended up with B-2, so a lot of people are using the early bird check in. Coming home from WDW it may especially be worth it because you don't have to worry about checking yourself in. You can re-print boarding passes when you get to the airport.

Yes. Any of the resorts will do this for you, as will the guest services locations in any of the parks or at DTD. You also can check-in using any Web enabled cell phone or other device (provided you have access to Internet service where you are) at mobile.southwest.com.
