Dual Portable Dvd Player -??

Hi There! We are thinking of purchasing a dual portable dvd player for our van. I'm not sure which to buy. Do you have one and can you tell me if you like it and what the cost is. I don't want to spend too much but I want a reliable one. Thanks!

We purchased a Philips dual screen DVD player last year. We used it for two trips to Disney and have not had any problems. I believe we got it from philips outlet.com. It was refurbished and cost arount $130. The kids love it.

I bought 2 dual audiovox dvd players. The kids love them and so do we because between the 4 screens they can watch either 2,3 or 4 different movies at 1 time . That makes it really nice since the older 2 don't always want to watch the same movies as the younger 3 do. I got them on clearance at Target a few months ago for $130.00 each.

We also have a older Panasonic dual that is still going strong after 4 years but they are confined to just 1 movie and 2 screens for all 5 kids.

Insignia (Best Buy Brand)

We bought a 2 screen model at Best Buy maybe 3 years ago. Best investment ever! Works great, and now I think they're about $100 less than I paid. Highly recommend it.

Not sure where the OP lives, but here in the midwest, where it is below freezing for months on end, it works just great! We had gotten another brand at Target before this one that wouldn't work when it was that cold. We returned that one and got the Insignia.

Thanks for posting! I just looked at the website and they don't have them. I'll have to check the store this week.

If you can wait, I would wait for Black Friday where you can pick one up pretty cheap. I picked one up from Target last year on Black Friday for $50. We use it all the time and have never had one problem. Sorry, but I don't remember the brand.
