Critique my itinerary

It will be me, my mom, my sis (21) and my DD (19 months). We are staying at Pop.
Arrival day-land around 9:30 a.m. DME to Pop, check in and either nap for a bit or hit DTD, 5:00 ADRs for Boma and want to check out AKL, if we napped in the afternoon, head to DHS for Osbourne lights, if we hit DTD in the afternoon, return to Pop for early bedtime
Day 1--hoping for RD at MK, possibly a midday break, Chef Mickeys at 7:30, pm EMH at MK
Day 2--DHS whenever we get there, if we already did Osbourne lights, possibly leave to hit DTD or relax at Pop, 8:45 at Ohana, seeing Wishes from there
Day 3--AK whenever we get there, this day is really up in the air, we want to eat at Rainforest Cafe for lunch or dinner and AK has pm EMH this day but no real set plans of any kind (if we have already done DTD and have had enough AK, I am looking for evening entertainment ideas for all of us or just my mom and sis)
Day 4/departure day--Epcot probably early, mostly just doing WS, 12:00 ADRs for Teppan Edo, leaving around 2 to catch DME back to the airport.

Mom and sis don't know we have the DDP and don't know about any of our meals (except Rainforest Cafe). I also want to try to squeeze in at least GF for the gingerbread house. So what would you tweak???

Looks pretty good

I tend to buy 10 day non-expir tickets, and then I'm kinda frugal about burning them - trying to get full days whereever possible.

So the first night - instead of osborne lights, how about doing Ohana that night, and stopping by GF on your way to/from? Wishes would be a good "welcome back" show.

And on Day 2, instead of going to Ohana, hop to Epcot and WS. I love Epcot at night.

On the last day, hit DTD and maybe even rainforest cafe. You can spend the difference of only using 3 park days instead of 5

Looks pretty good to me!
The only thing I'd change is going to rope drop everyday!
I would also call and try to get an ADR for Rainforest Cafe. Remember, even if for some reason you end up not going to AK that day, you can still get in to RC without going in AK.
Also, for the Epcot day - you said probably early, but mostly WS - remember that the WS doesn't open til 11.

Not sure if you have park hoppers, but as far as Day 3 evening entertainment - you could go see Illuminations.

I would do Rainforest for lunch....way less lines (especially at the DTD one).

I would do GF the first night. You can also see the electrical water pageant there at night from the resort or take the monorail over to the poly and watch it from the beach/pool area there (my favorite location to watch it). then stick around for Wishes if it is showing that night.
We always do this our first night in after travelling...very relaxing and FULL of magic.

This is what I love about the DIS: so many helpful people with great knowledge, experience and ideas to share.
For us, we don't make a move without Tour Guide Mike or Touring Plans so we don't end up in the most crowded parks. As empty nester's, we also have the luxury of going off-season (what a difference!).
I do like the suggestion of including rope drop; not only is there something magical about the opening, it's so much fun if you can hit your first few attractions without any lines.

Looks like you've done a great job of planning - have a wonderful trip!
