Back from another amazing DLP holiday! - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi everyone, I got back from DLP on Monday night. I had such a fantastic time, we all did

Full of laughs and some amazing moments. The weather was good but quite windy most of the time we were there, still nice and sunny most of the time though.
Newport Bay was beautiful again with a lovely room on the admirals floor, slightly bigger than our room last year. We were on the 8th floor this time with a balcony again.

Lots of highs from the holiday including finally getting to meet Cruella!!!!!!

And meeting lots of others and having our own personal meet and greet with Woody, cowboy goofy, mickey and pluto at Woody's round up! I got to meet a lot of characters this year, some for the first time too.

They had loads of great NBC merchandise too and I got to see Alice's maze for the first time too which I SO loved!!!!!!!!!!

Its amazing. It re-opened on the 11th thankfuly.
I've got some brilliant pics and escpecially of the maze and around Phantom Manor. I really enjoyed having a good look around there this time.

There isnt really any lows from the holiday. Just really with the weather being quite windy but obviously that cant be helped or predicted lol. And not getting to go on the balloon this year but I'll try for next time. I wouldnt really call them lows though.

I'm gonna get my trip report done over the next few days and sort my photos out- i have SOOO many

The crowds were really good actually, not very busy apart from on Saturday which I expected. Even the Sunday was a lot quieter than I thought. I think going a week later than last year, I noticed a difference in the crowds.

Also glad to hear the crowds weren't too bad! It's great to hear there was no real negitives though!
