What we got for our anniversary
We just got back from celebrating our 15th anniversary at WDW. When I made my original room ressie and all the ADRs, I made sure to tell everyone that we were celebrating. Here is what we got:
Check-in--3 buttons for each of us--Happy Anniversary, I'm Celebrating, and Happily Ever After. 1900 Park Fare (dinner)--a placemat for each of us that was signed by all the characters. We probably would have gotten more but my DH had made prior arrangements to have a cake delivered to our table. Princess breakfast--nothing Crystal Palace (dinner)--when we got to our table, there was a heart shape made out of Mickey head confetti. At the end of the meal, they brought us cards with all the character's signatures and a cupcake with a candle. Chef Mickey's (dinner)--at the end of the meal, they brought us a Mickey shaped plate and each ear had a cupcake with a candle and on the face part was spelled out "15" in gummy bears. Sci-Fi (lunch)--nothing 50's Prime Time (dinner)--at the end of the meal, our server brought us each a cupcake with a candle and announced to all our "cousins" that it was our anniversary. All in all, I thought it was great! Sheryl |

We're celebrating our 25th on our December trip plus we are taking our 2yr old Grandson for his first trip.
Do you tell the person making your ADR's or when you check in at the stand?? |

figaromeetsmarie, congratulations on your upcoming 25th! We celebrated our 25th at the World too. We also got the Mickey head-shaped confetti heart at the Crystal Palace!! At the end of the dinner, I swept them all into a pocket of my purse.
![]() We got a lovely dessert at Le Cellier. And the buttons, of course.

That's great!!!!
![]() I put in my resort reservation that we'll be celebrating our Anniversary. The trip is 12 days off from our anniversary though, so I doubt we'll get anything (could not go on our actual anniversary due to school). I also made our dinner reservations before the resort booking, so they are not tied together.

If you stay at POFQ, there is lady there at breakfast (Ethel or Edith, I think) that will go all out for your anniversary if she notices your button or you tell her. And she's not doing it because it is her job, she is doing it because she just loves doing it. If you engage her in conversation, she will probably even shed a few tears. Great lady.

Congratulation on your anniversary! On our 30th anniversary at Disney several years ago, I had made a dinner reservation at CRT, and told them about the anniversery. Arriving in the dinning room, they lead us to a table for two beneath the center stain glass window. The table was specially decorated and looked wonderful. Dinner was great, and for desert they gave us a red heart shaped cake. When we arrived back at our room at the GF, a bucket of champagne and glasses, and a another cake were waiting for us.

We just got back - stayed at POR and put our anniversary on our reservation. We got a card from Mickey and Minney in our room. Our ADR's were linked to our reservation and we didn't say anything at any of the restaurants when we checked in. Our waitress at the Rose and Crown wished us happy anniversary. We ate at Chefs de France in EPCOT on our anniversary - our waiter gave us a card. Got champagne with our dessert at Mama Melrose in DHS. And the really good one was at Tutto Italia at EPCOT - chocolate gelato in a chocolate cup with 2 candles - with singing in Italian! They really make a production for birthdays, etc.

Don't worry about it not actually being your anniversary--although we were celebrating, our "actual" anniversary isn't until Columbus Day weekend! We went to WDW for our honeymoon and also our 10th anniversary, so it is a bit of a tradition now. We didn't say anything when we checked in for our ADRs, I had just told them when I made the ADRs. I also reconfirmed our ADRs the week before I went on the on-line site, and you can click on "celebrating something" there, so I did that, too. It was loads of fun and I hope everyone has fun celebrating, too!
