Sweet Sundays @ Food & Wine Festival
Hi
![]() Has anyone tried one of the Sweet Sundays before? I am thinking of going to the 4 October one, with Warren Brown & Mary Meyers. Is it worth the $80.00? It will be my birthday breakfast. Thanks!

It's not just the three desserts, there is a breakfast buffet that is pretty good. Sparkling wine (usually asti or prosecco) accompanies the breakfast. Part of the cost is due to the celebrity chef's presentation.
If you're into desserts and you like the idea of the celebrity presentations, it's probably great. I've done two, and for me, it's way too much dessert way too early.

We have done this a couple of times and really enjoyed it.
Yes, some would say expensive breakfast, but it is an event, not just breakfast. If you like the chefs presenting it is well worth it. The breakfast buffet has always been very good when we have gone. The desserts, well, of course, they depend on what chef is presenting. I say go for it!

We have done this a couple of different times. I have always enjoyed it.
The breakfast buffet is nice too. The desserts have always been very good. But the best part to me is learning something from the guest chef. Each time we've went, I've learned a new technique or tip to help make desserts taste great and / or look beautiful from the guest chef. Plus they usually give you recipe cards or booklet. If you like to cook desserts, then Sweet Sundays are awesome.
