Some pics from my solo vacay:

Landscapes of Flavor:

Create Your Own Pasta (chicken and broccoli alfredo w/ mushrooms, garlic and peas)

Pumpkin Pecan Tart (my fave of the vacation. Basically pumpkin pie w/ a pecan pie top and a small dollop of whipped cream)

Caprese Sandwich (super awesome and filling)

Everything Brownie (way too sweet for me)

Strawberry Cheesecake (not too bad)

Egg White Frittata w/ spinach, tomato, tofu, and feta (super delish!)

Create Your Own Yogurt Parfait

Marinated Shrimp Salad from the French Market at Disneyland

Really more like a sandwich...easily one of the top two meals I've ever eaten at Disneyland in all my years! Highly recommend this!

Figment is a big fan of Raglan Road, so he wanted to try Cooke's of Dublin next door. It was little after normal lunch time when he got there and it was still busy. During busy times, it can be pretty hard to find a table, but Figment got lucky because a group was leaving while he was looking for a table. Figment tried the Fish & Chips (top) and the Scallop Forest (bottom). The fish and chips had a nice big piece of fish. The Scallop Forest was very much like the one served in Raglan Road (minus the presentation). The scallops were crispy on the outside and moist on the insde.

This is a close up of the scallop.

For dessert, he tried the Strawberry Roll. It was cake with strawberries and cream rolled inside. It was very good, but would have probably been better if it was cooler (it got warmish while Figment was eating because not much of the seating area is shaded).
I love Cookes of Dublin! I had no idea they offered desserts too, so this is good to know. We are doing the QSDP for the first time this year, this will definitely be on the list!

FYI - I do remember that desserts for CS meal on DDP was limited. You couldn't get any of the roll cakes.
