Any "must eat" food items at this list of restaurants?

We're going to be on the regular dining plan, so we'll be getting beverages, entrees and desserts at all of these restaurants. At some of the signature restaurants we'll be getting a bottle of wine. I'd LOVE to hear of any "must try" food items we should order. We're two adults, who are very adventurous eaters.

Grand Floridian Cafe

Shutters

Narcoossee's
I was thinking of ordering the Maine lobster and crusted almond cheesecake for dessert after reading this board.

The Wave
one of the smoothies?

Flying Fish

Saana
We're planning on getting the appetizer with the 3 breads (i.e. naan bread)

Jiko

Tutto Italia

As you can see, I'm wide open for suggestions!!!! TIA

The almond crusted cheesecake at Narcoossee's is pretty awesome.

Sorry but I don't have any suggestions for the rest of your restaurants. But I can tell you my must have WDW items.

I have to have a hot dog from Casey's. Even though they use the same hot dogs everywhere else there is something special about Casey's.

The ribs at Yak & Yeti are outstanding!!! I'm not a fan of ribs and I simply don't eat them. My husband and I went to Y&Y on our Honeymoon last December. He couldn't decide between the Crispy Mahi Mahi or the ribs. Since I don't/can't eat fish I told him I would order the ribs as I knew I would have plenty to eat since we were on the Deluxe Dining Plan and would be getting an app and dessert. I was SO happy that I ordered the ribs. They aren't smokey, which is a flavor I do not enjoy, and they had just a touch of sweetness. The meat fell off the bone. Completely delicious!!!

My husband fell in love with the Crispy Mahi Mahi. We loved Y&Y so much that we gave up the hard to get Le Cellier reservation to go back to Y&Y a second time. We are scheduling two trips to Y&Y this trip too.

My husband highly recommends the duck with berry sauce at San Angel in Mexico at Epcot. He says that before he dies he wants to eat 3 dishes - the Crispy Mahi Mahi from Yak & Yeti , duck with berry sauce from San Angel and my spaghetti. He talks about these meals often. He loved them this much.

If you would like I have pictures of these.

At Jiko Larry had the Kenyan Coffee Barbecue Beef Short Ribs and he really enjoyed those. I had the fillet and mac & cheese. It wasn't anything special in my opinion. BUT I did have to get the sauce on the side and I didn't like the sauce. For dessert he had the Tanzanian Chocolate Cheesecake which was good when you ate a the two together. But the ice cream was odd by itself, at least for us. I had the cheese plate but actually took it back to the room for a midnight snack. It was very good.

The one thing we learned on this trip was to try something, don't just order the plan on steak and fries. Try something different. Okay, Larry is better at it than me. I have so many food allergies that I'm limited in it. But when I did try something new I was blown away, as was Larry. Take the plunge and try something different!

Great list of restaurants!

Grand Floridian--We usually do a lunch there on our trips. I think they make the best Cobb Salad on the property. We haven't had dinner there in a while, but we do like this restaurant.

Shutters--Never ate there

Narcoosee's--Love it! Try a Sunken treasure cocktail before dinner. The Green Goddess Salad was my favorite appetizer of the trip. We go to Maine fairly often and are spoiled by the fresh lobster there so we get other things at Narcoosee's like the crab encrusted halibut and the tuna. The cheesecake was excellent, one of the best desserts I've had at WDW.

The Wave--Haven't been yet, but we have an ADR for next month.

Flying Fish--Another great restaurant in our opinion. Although I really liked the potato wrapped red snapper both DBF and I agreed that his dish (the scallops) was probably the best entree of our vacation.

Sanaa-- The ambiance is superb! We really enjoyed the naan trio. One of the selections is pretty hot (spicy). I enjoyed the Cornish hen but it's not a very adventurous entree and the turnips were pretty hard. DBF had the tandoori lamb and also enjoyed it. The Chai Tea Cream (like a mousse) was a lovely, light dessert. Our server, Luis, was very friendly and helpful.

(In October, along with The Wave, we'll be trying Kouzzina and Artist's Point. We're also looking forward to Citrico's in December.)

Jiko--Again, another good choice. I had the filet and mac and cheese because I'd heard a lot about it on the boards here. It was good, but not outstanding. DBF loved the short ribs that were prepared with coffee flavoring.

Tutto--Good, but not as great as we had expected. Interestingly, the servers here were the least friendly that we experienced. I had the lasagna and enjoyed it. Can't remember what DBF had. The experience was somewhat disappointing for us. We were surprised that we had a nicer meal and better service at Chefs de France. We're both part Italian and usually think of the Italian people as being very friendly. That wasn't our experience here.

Have a great trip and enjoy your dining!

Thanks so much!!!! I'm so excited now about our choices. We've been to many of the popular places (i.e. 'ohana, Le Cellier, etc...), but I'm excited to go to some different places. I decided to cancel our Shutters reservation, and have chosen Kouzzina instead. I love Greek food, so hopefully this was a good choice. Thanks for all the input. I've made some notes about your recommendations. Can't wait!

At Jiko, although most people go for the fillet, I love the halibut with the sweet potato crispies.
At GFC, I love their shrimp caesar salad (it's also available with chicken instead).
