BLT and the "Twin Bed"

We are going to be in a two bdrm at BLT. There will be 7 of us. We saw that there is a twin pullout chair. Can that chair/bed be moved? It would help make the arrangements more comfy for all.

We toured the 2BR lock-off model located at BLT yesterday. It's open each day from 2-4 pm for DVC members (you will need your card).

The sleep chair is rather heavy and not too easy to move, but could be moved a few feet if needed. I don't think it could be moved into another room as free space is somewhat limited in the other villa rooms.

A 2BR will have a King Bed in the master BR, a queen and sleep sofa in the 2nd BR lockoff and a sleep sofa plus the sleep chair in the living room. I think the dedicated 2BRs will have 2 queens in the 2nd BR.

Good luck!

I have to agree. You could move it a few feet but don't know how you'd get it to another room.

FWIW, DS15 (who is nearly 5'10") opted for the chair & gave DS11 the sofa. Neither had any complaints at all. This was our first stay in a 1BR so I wasn't sure what to expect. Worked out great.

I'd recommend not moving the furniture because it can damage the floors and walls when you do. And it is very heavy.

Yellowstone was amazing and is a lot more inviting than Disney right now. Could we be selling it all in the near future? Maybe.
