Do you exercise regulary?

How would you say you are about exercising? Do you do it on a daily basis, only occasionally, hardly ever?
It doesn't really matter what you do (walking, jogging, weights, aerobics, wii fit, et...) just that you do something (something besides walking up the stairs to go to work, something that you actually dedicate time to do).

I'm not always as good as I should be. Right now I'm definitely on a daily routine (fast walking for almost an hour and weight lifting), but unfortunately I can get very streaky, and go for a month without doing anything before feeling guilty and starting back up again.
I'm hoping this time it will turn into a habit that sticks with me for many years.

Anyway, how are you at exercising?

Let me edit to add that by daily I mean at least 5 or 6 times a week. I think most people do take off a day or two (which seems to be highly recommended)
Also, I should have had an option in my poll (too late to fix it now) for those who's jobs are pretty much a non-stop exercise (military, farmers, etc... I think some people have jobs that would have most of us panting like a dog after a few hours).

Unless I am taking a recovery day or days from an event I do some sort of exercise every day. I run and lift weights year round, usually 3 or 4 days for each. In the summer I also cycle, hike or row. In the winter I hit the pool at the gym or do some snowshoeing. One of these winters I will try to cross country ski, but I keep putting that off.

What I do also depends on what I am training for. Right now I have a marathon in October so I increased my weekly running mileage.

I used to run marathons, but my knees no longer allow that. I still get out there a few times each week, but limit my mileage to about 20/week.

I love the P90X workout routine. I am doing it again, now, with my 12 year old son. I am also training him to run.

To answer the question, I work out every day (with a 1 hour stretch one day each week). It is a huge part of my life, and it keeps my migraines under control...

I do a scheduled 4 day a week of cardio and lifting. The other days I usually will go to our park and take a brisk 1-2 mile walk.

I picked other, usually 5 or 6x a week. I'm currently really into classes, I really like spin, body pump (group strength training class), yoga/yogalates. usually I spin 1 or 2x a week, do cardio on elliptical/treadmill a couple of times a week, do body pump 2x a week. I used to also do yoga/yogalates 2x a week but haven't been able to since mid-july. would like to start back up next week. I try to fit in some extra ab work at home, but have seriously slacked off...just started that back up the other day. ouch ouch ouch

I exercise 5-6 days / week. During the summer I go to outdoor exercise classes, run a few times per week, bicycle, swim, lift weights. During the colder months I join back up to the gym and usually take whatever classes are available but sometimes run on the treadmill or use the eliptical. I try to mix things up so they don't get stale / boring and to keep my body challenged. I find taking classes keeps me going back since there is some level of social aspect in it. So long as the people in class aren't talking more than they are exercising......

I exercise 7 days a week, for 1 hour a day, including weight lifting 3x a week. I have to do it everyday or I just don't feel right.

I have a weird regimine (sp) I walk for five minutes, run for 20, then walk for five. This happens three times a week.

Two times a week, I will swim for an hour or two because I just like to swim.

I do light aerobics once a week for 45 minutes.

I'm a big walker. I take my dog for two walks every day that are about an hour and a half combined. The way she pulls it is also a workout for my arms! The walk from the bus stop to the where my classes at school are is about half and hour and I do that twice a day four days a week.
