Just back from WL 8/31 to 9/7
This was our 1st stay at WL. It was nice, but didn't have the wow factor for me like AKL. Our view was towards MK so we got to see the fireworks from our balconey. Nice view for that but not in the daytime. At 7 am I was watching them load the trash into the trucks. How exciting is that? I did go down to the beach and watch the sunrise one morning and our last night I watched the Electric Pagent Parade from beach. That was nice.
The pool was nice and my DS's enjoyed that. We were freaked out at first because day 1 my DS's were swimming with ducks. Yes the ducks go into the pool and when they are done they lay underneath the lounge chairs. Roaring forks was okay no big selection. We ate there for breakfast and lunch. We ate at WCC. We were put in the very back so we didn't get the feel of the fun that was up front. I had steak, DS ribs, DH meatloaf which wasn't good and other DS had hamburger. Steak and ribs were great. Mousekeeping was okay. WE were lucky to get towel animals the 1st 3 days of our stay. The room was always cleaned and supplied when we got back. We did take a family photo 2 of the nights we were there that was placed on our photopass. I already looked at them and they came out good. If you have any other questions, let me know.

Glad you got to experience WL...what room # and floor were you on? I stayed there 2 years ago, and had the same view, but can't remember the room # or floor.
Thanks in advanced.

The crowds, I thought, were quite low from Mon to Thurs. We go at the same time frame each year and could tell a difference. It did pick up on Labor Day Weekend. I did comment this to the CM's and they did state attendence was down.

We were on the 6th floor. I think it was 6064. I can't believe that I have forgotten it. Yikes!! I am still tired and the brain is mush now after filling out the boys paperwork for school. I need a vacation from my vacation.
