Just back from our trip from 8/31 to 9/7

We had our yearly trip to the world and it was great family fun. We did noticed that it was not nearly as crowded as it has been in the past few years at the same time frame.

The weather at the beginning of last week was cloudy and overcast. The major Florida sun and heat really didn't start until the weekend.

Photopass photographers were all around. We ended up with a lot of pictures and they all came out good.

The dining plan as I have read on the boards has changed. I was sick of chocolate cake, cheesecake, apple pies on the CS. They don't even have icecream at the water park CS no more. I was really looking forward to having my Mickey bar for a dessert. Of course I could still get it but would have to use by snack credit. I liked it better when it was part of the CS dessert. My DH didn't like that everthing was wheat and multigrain. I warned him on that one.

I did get to see Tinkerbell and the fairies. The Evil Queen is so into character it was spooky. If you get a chance, see her.

WE stayed at the Wilderness Lodge. It was okay. For me it didn't wow me like the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I did make it a point to watch the sunrise, to see the electric pagent parade go by at night, and our view from our balconey was towards MK so we got to the fireworks go off one night.

We did go the 1st MNSSHP. Had a great time. Fireworks are awesome. Definately get there early in line for Snow White if you want that picture. Felt rushed to get everything in. Wish it was from 7 to 1.
