Website ? How can you tell if DCL is paid in full?

We booked through Costco travel and they were supposed to charge the card on Sept 1 so we are clear to make reservations by the 75 day point which is this Sunday. How can I tell if DCL reflects us paid in full on the website? I can pull-up our reservation and looks fine but want to make sure we are good to go for reservations this weekend.

Any suggestions on how to best navigate website for reservations, etc. is appreciated.

If you want to know if it is paid in full, call Disney and ask. The last time I looked, payment information was not available online.

If you pull up the reservation number and your account, it should give you a screen off to the right that will show balances. Before I paid mine it showed me the balance due, then once I paid in full, it then showed paid amount and zero balance.

Is this since the new DCL website was enabled? Becaue with the past DCL website it would just show status as booked...and not that it was paid in full even after paying the cruise off.

Go to the planning center
Click on my reservations
Payment info should be on bottom right of screen, it will say Zero under balance.

As for the best way to make ressies:

Go to my cruise plans then,
Reserve activities
and it will show excursions, Palo, spa and nursery
Just click on the ones you want

I would be on there a the stroke of midnight est. And Palo ressies go first especially brunch and tea, so if you want either of those I would book them first. I believe the dolphin excursions go quite qick also.
Good luck

As of right now mine says Zero under the balance. I just booked a couple of months ago, I don't know if that makes a difference.

Edited to add, I booked directly with DCL

Yes. I just paid in full a few weeks ago and on the new website when I pull up my account/our reservation it gives me the full cost of our room and the amount due, then when paid in full, it shows me now zero balance.

In the past, if you booked with an agent, you would not see that information on the site. lt was as MJ said, it would say "booked." Only if you booked directly with DCL would you see an actual dollar amount. So unless they've changed that with the site upgrade, you'd have to call Disney to confirm the payment was made.

That could be and I wouldn't know that for certain because while mine is showing paid in full with zero balance and exactly what the cost was broken down for me...I did book directly through DCL so that may be as mentioned above.
