UK bride to be - desperate for a Disney wedding - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi all,

Been reading your posts for a while now and have really enjoyed them so have signed up in the hope that you will be able to help me with my wedding plans.

I know that I want a Disney wedding - I love the place. I live in England but have been to Orlando 7 times and my boyfriend has been about 4 times so he's more than happy to indulge my Disney wedding dream!!

Basically, I don't even know how to get started so would appreciate some help. There will only be 8 of us (including bride and groom) at the wedding and I don't really want to spend more than about $12,000. I like the idea of the wedding pavilion and then either a meal followed by a DP or a buffet/DP if that's possible?

I will be in Orlando again in march next year as obviously as I have a very long way to travel, didn't know if it would be possible to meet up with a Disney representative to discuss our plans, look at venues etc etc?

Sorry for the long post - just need a steer in the right direction!
