A Long Awaited Disneymoon TR! May '09
Well I know I should've posted this earlier but well I got busied with the married life!
 So HERE WE GO!!!This is my first TR so please go easy on me... I learned that next trip I should do it sooner lol and take some notes to get the details right. In this trip is Me! Turtle and Penguin Loving Fan! More commonly known as Jared, 22 y/o Electrical Engineering Student at Utah State University! Go Aggies!  and my Wife now of 4 months Emily "All Things Art" Junkie And love of my life!  Thanks to so many dedicated and loving friends and family our reception was absolutely beautiful! I can honestly say that MY wedding reception was the best looking that "I" have ever seen... Our colors were Brown and a Sky Blue and was done at a local church.     Being paraded out to our car to depart after the reception was quite the ordeal... I wish I could find a picture of it... Alas my words will have to do... Summed up, Filled with balloons, wrapped in plastic wrap, covered in cookies, and fruit dip in every nook and cranny.... which I didn't notice till I tried to open the door and got it all over my hand... Oh good times... We headed immediately to the closest Car Wash we could find. And who was there waiting for us but the owner of the cookies... tsk tsk tsk.... After getting fairly cleaned up and balloons out of the car we headed to our first night together. My Aunt and Uncle (who act as my Mother Father) graciously got us a room at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City... Failed once again to get pictures of that room but it was Beautiful! ANYWAY..... We left bright and early (lol 10 AMish) and headed through the burning Desert to VEGAS!! (just an overnight stop on the way to CALI!!!)  This pretty much sums up the drive...  I swear i got 3rd degree burns on the drive cause our AC died right as we left that morning... ugh... 109* in AZ.... blech.. We arrived for the night in LV way too hot... trying to find the entrance to our hotel we saw Sacs 5th Ave. and the Wifey HAD to go in and take a look, after about 30 min of see highly overpriced clothes and shoes I convinced her that we can't afford anything in the store we journeyed back to the heat... After driving frustrated looking for the entrance to the TRUMP hotel (thanks to a GREAT deal on priceline) we stopped for gas and asked a friendly police officer behind us getting gas... They only have valet! Well we pulled on up like a celebrity and they had us TAKEN CARE OF! It was nice... The room was fabulous! I doubt ever again I will stay in such a nice room...         They even had a tv "inside" the mirror!  Now that all of that is out of the way... We can get to the GOOD STUFF! Disneyland Here we Come! Let's hope I can remember enough details to make the TR worth it...

Wow that room looks so awesome! I love priceline!!!
That sucks about the AC, but at least you were with your brand new DW and off to your honeymoon. I can't wait to read more! Disneymoons are the best!
