Question 2009 Christmas parade filming dates?

Does anyone know what dates/times the 2009 WDW Christmas Parade taping will be?

We'll be down at WDW for the first full week of Dec. (4th-13th) and may want to stay away from the magic kingdom during those days.

Have any of you all even been and can you still get into the park and walk around/do attractions ok? I'll have an infant (7 months) so this may not be the best day to do the MK

They have not yet officially announced the dates for this year however, it's been the first weekend of December for many years.

So that means Dec 4th, 5th, and 6th.

Friday is usually the castle front taping (singers, dancers etc...). Won't affect the rest of the park. Just right up front by the castle. I've been on Friday twice and we rode all the rides we wanted with no large crowds. The castle taping is usually done by early afternoon.

Saturday is usually the float taping. (Main Street will be crazy).

Sunday is for anything they didn't get to. A back up date.

Yes, you can still enter the park and enjoy it although, I'd probably avoid MK on Saturdays regardless.

I've been at MK on that Friday...actually was part of the then prechosen audience. It is someplace you will never, ever find me again!! I arrive at WDW on Nov 29, leave on Dec 11. I won't go near MK on Dec 4 or 5...way too many people in there.

We've been there before on the Saturday thing and honestly its no worse than any other Saturday. Just stay away from M. Street. Its a good time to do other parts of the park .... while everyone else is crowded down front.
